Job Description
The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our mission driven Finance team. The successful candidate will:

Manage daily operations and end-user support of Hyperion EPM 11x platform: Planning and Financial Reporting.
Provide business continuity and disaster recovery solutions for the Hyperion environment, including disaster recovery testing, backups, and recovery policies and procedures.
Work interdependently with technical infrastructure teams, project application teams and business units to ensure service delivery of business capabilities is meeting business objectives.
Work with business users to understand, define, and document business requirements and processes including writing functional requirements, report specifications, and act as the liaison between business users and IT programmers.
Educate and work with end-user trainer(s) in a “train the trainer” capacity for Hyperion Planning (including forms, grids, Smart View, HFR, etc.).
Take on various roles involving project initiatives (including schedule development, cost estimating and analysis).
Job Requirements
Advanced:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of four years of relevant experience; or
Masters degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two years of relevant experience

Senior:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of six years of relevant experience; or
Masters degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of four years of relevant experience

Job Preferred Skills
BS or MS in Engineering, Science, Computer Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations and end-user support of Hyperion EPM 11x platform: Planning and Financial Reporting.
Demonstrated ability to work interdependently.
Demonstrated ability to work with business users and act as the liaison between business users and IT programmers.
Previous experience educating and working with end-users.
Excellent analytical, design, and organizational skills, with strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently with the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently under minimal supervision.
Demonstrated experience as a team player with the ability to build consensus with other team members.
Demonstrated experience with high levels of accountability;
Demonstrated initiative, innovation, and flexibility.
Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
