Not all associateships are equal! Position includes: mentoring, coaching, training, and opportunities of unlimited growth. We are seeking a dynamic, curious, motivated, licensed/soon to be (experience a plus) DC. Our practice treats pediatrics to geriatrics where our new patients come almost exclusively from our existing patients’ referrals. Where we’re located: Nestled in the heart of wine country, Santa Rosa, CA (1hr north of San Francisco) is an outdoor playground with rivers, lakes, hiking, biking, horses and redwoods. Doctor of chiropractic degree by accredited college. Completion and passing of national boards. Current license from the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners to practice chiropractic in the state of California. Current X-ray supervisor and operator license from the California Department of Public Health. Current malpractice insurance (occurrence) in the amount of $1,000,000/$3,000,000


Master all office procedures and scripts
Perform consultation, exam and report of findings
Proficiently take X-rays, develop, read and report
Knowledge, understanding and use of all office equipment, (i.e., sEMG, thermal, HRT, etc.)
Educate patient in layman’s terms (daily office visit, patient orientation class, outside events, etc.)
Proficient adjuster using techniques of the office
Case management (Dx, Tx plans, Supplies, etc.)
Instruct & demonstrate ALL home care
New patient marketing (internal and external)
Reports (ROF, PI, work comp, insurance, etc.)
Knowledge and use of computer
Competently understand, communicate and execute corrective care and wellness
Maintain professional/healing office atmosphere
Efficient time/activity management
Help keep office tidy & clean (spot clean, wipe down tables, take out trash when needed, etc.)
