The customer service representative will work cooperatively and support all customers and prospects including end-users and dealers, both new and existing, as well as C&D team members. The Customer Service Associate will answer customer questions and provide after sales support including quoting.
Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs and respond back to the customer in 24 hours or less.
Be the front line of communication with customer on all after sale support.
Handling all inbound and outbound customer service calls.
Accurately process all customer requests including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, RMA’s, customer credits and follow up with the customer within 24 hours.
When customer is looking for a conveyor system, accurately transfer the application information to Inside Sales for quoting.
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the C&D customer service team.
Assist in warehouse as needed.
Assist in updating CRM
Identify material handling parts from phone calls and email from customers, dealer and C&D team members.
Maintain understanding and proficiency in using all office software.
Perform general clerical duties as necessary to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications and attributes:
Associate’s Degree or 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
Creative, detail oriented and organized.
Positive, enthusiastic, possess the ability to work in office environment that requires deadlines and must have a certain level of professionalism.
A team player who can work well in a multitasking office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Possess the computer skills necessary for effective job performance including mastery of company ERP, PC and software and on the internet.
Excellent problem solving skilled based on limited information.
